GG ALLIN – BOOZIN AND PRANKS –Recorded Live in 1985 at the Twilight Room in Dallas Texas. This is the show GG got stabbed and ended up in the hospital ending the infamous Hated In The Nation tour. Songs are many old GG classics as well as new ones like “Eat My Diarrhea”. This CD captures what was once the most controversial Black & Blue vinyl release. Why? Well the band was called GG Allin & The Texas Nazi’s and the original vinyl had a swastika on the record itself. It caused us to change record pressing plants, sell the album in brown paper bags and a TON of hate and accusations of anti-Semitism as well. My apologies for anyone offended. The album was designed by the artist and I allowed it, with 20-20 hindsight I would of done it different. Format CD only

After The Skabs broke up Bloody began playing Country Music first with The Country Punks recording a 7″ EP of originals before joining The Renegades playing country covers. Bloody grew tired of country music and began playing with a band called The Vaynes. They played classic rock covers and eventually they started playing originals. They released a ” record and appeared on a pair of local CD compilations before getting in touch with Peter Yarmouth to record a new CD. They changed the name to Bloody & The Vaynes and got Peter’s attention by re-recording the Skabs classic tune “Empty” . Soon the band got signed and this CD is the result. Yarmouth calls it the best CD Bloody ever made. Solid rock music with punk lyrics on such great tunes as “Motion Lotion” , “Detroit I’m in Town”, “I Can’t Remember” and the soon to be single “Black Little Heart”. Bloody & The Transfusions

After Bloody left his cover band he got back to his punk rock roots and formed Bloody & The Transfusions with Johnny G-String, Lincoln Log and Billy The Kid. They played together for a few years playing mostly rock standards along with some of Bloody’s originals and that prompted Bloody to get back in touch with Peter Yarmouth as the boys began to plan recording. Johnny and Bloody decided to go in different musical directions and Johnny left to form his own band The Scrappers. Meanwhile our pal Bloody F. Mess replaced Johnny with guitarist Dave Moe and The Transfusions were back playing and ready to record.This CD features Bloody and crew playing solid punk and stoner rock on this self titled release. So dig out your bong (for those who partake) and give this one a listen. Rock out to the Iggyesque “Asshole Song” hear Bloody slam commercial radio DJ’s of “FMFU”, tell a tale of the bands first tour of Texas on “Minds Blown In San Antone” and other new favorites, as well as the updated version of one of Bloody’s classics on “Hung Over & Stoned Again”. Algae Afterbirth – DIAPER REVOLUTION

Shortly after the Baby Rasta records success Algae met up Larry Evilelf (Yarmouth’s partner at Black & Blue) and Larry hooked Algae up with Tom The Wizard, Babe Phantom along with Wypo to form Algae Afterbirth & Playpen. Algae (sometimes with Yarmouth) penned the lyrics and The Wizard provided most of the music from this act. The act then was pitched as DIAPER ROCK with songs that seemed to be from a baby’s perspective like “Toys In The Toilet”, “Day Care(They Don’t Really Care)”, “Toddler Highway”, “Spank Me”, “Infanticide” (sadly none of these tunes ever got recorded) and lots more like “Mother Goose Me” and “Baby Elvis”. This band played all over New England as well as New York and New Jersey with label mates NORTHWINDS and The Cedar Street Sluts. While recording this fantastic new material for his first full LP to be titled Diaper Revolution, Tom The Wizard left with Babe Phantom to form a band called Blackbird 13 leaving Algae solo again. Algae has not performed live since then. He did release a few recordings from the Diaper Revolution sessions on each of the previous Black & Blue compilations MUSIC TO MAKE YOUR EARS HURT and MUSIC TO MAKE YOUR EARS HURT TOO including live show favorite, “Baby Elvis”. While all the songs mentioned here did not all get recorded this CD contains all material from his vinyl releases, as well as songs off compilation CDs and a good deal of previously unreleased material. Richard Yorun- The Lost Dick Urine Tapes.

Our label founder and late friend Richard Yorun, better known as Dick Urine. The late great Dick produced some of the very first releases by GG Allin on Black & Blue. Dick was a great singer in his own right and recorded a massive amount of tape while waiting for artists to show up during booked studio time. We found many of these tapes after Dick’s death and released them to be heard by the public. These recordings Feature GG Allin on Drums and Drum Machine & Prince Paulley on Keyboards. Blue Nouveaux-”10 Years After” The long awaited second album from Celia Hemken and her American band featuring Minx the Jinx on guitars and vocals was worth the wait.
